India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh is responding well to cancer treatment, revealing the tumour is "almost way out of the system". Yuvraj's physiotherapist Jatin Chaudhary confirmed earlier this month that the player had been diagnosed with a non-malignant tumour of the lungs last year, with further tests showing he had cancer.

The 30-year-old has been undergoing chemotherapy at the Cancer Research Institute in Boston, and had positive news to report yesterday.
He posted on Twitter: "Got very good news from Dr Lawrence today. The tumour is almost way out of the system After reading my today's scan. Second cycle has started."
The stylish left-hander had previously stated he was seeking inspiration from Lance Armstrong, the cyclist who won multiple Tour de France titles after being treated for testicular cancer.
Yuvraj's health first deteriorated during the 2011 World Cup, in which he was the man of the tournament. He missed out on the tours to West Indies and England before featuring in the home Test series against West Indies in November.
