Prized possession
"One of the most prized possessions of the 24-year-old tennis superstar is her diamond engagement ring which was given to her by the famous Irish golfer and World No 1 Rory McIlroy. "Her âbig stone' has been the talk of the town and has made a lot of buzz on media as it was reported to cost around 250,000. Previously, Wozniacki was also reported to have won a diamond bracelet from a bet with ex-boyfriend McIlroy," said the report.
Though McIlroy called off the engagement, he allowed his former lover to keep the ring which she still wears and according to the report, "been bragging about it on cam sometimes."
The gold and diamond bracelet is sponsored by Moet & Chandon and New Zealand's master jewellers Naveya & Sloane. The two firms will launch their new tennis collection soon. Ranked No 8 in the world, Wozniacki is making her first trip to New Zealand.
