Rajasthan Royals would be keen to maintain their winning streak when they take on Pune Warriors in the Indian Premier League at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium here today.
Shane Warne
Shane Warne's side are upbeat after breaking a winless run with successive wins against table toppers Mumbai Indians and determined debutants Kochi Tuskers Kerala. Rajasthan have also won 11 of their last 14 matches at home.
However, their inspirational captain is doubtful for the match with a swollen knee suffered during Friday's match. "A cartilage of my left knee is inflamed. There is swelling and I will have another look at it" before the match, Warne was quoted as saying by PTI yesterday.
Pune have a tough task of recovering from the two comprehensive defeats against Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Yuvraj Singh's team have lost five of their seven matches and have to pull up their socks quickly to make it to the top four.
