Indian cricket skipper Virat Kohli has finally tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend, Bollywood actress, Anushka Sharma and this piece of news has sent the Internet on fire. The skipper took to his Twitter account to confirm this news, and ever since, the social media has been flooded with videos and pictures from Virat and Anushka's wedding. However, there is a video that has surfaced online, which proves that Captain Kohli is a die-hard romantic. In the video, the newly married groom is seen crooning a romantic track, ‘Mere Mehboob Qayamat Hogi' for his beloved wife, Anushka Sharma. Well, we wonder where the hidden talent was?!

The wedding, which took place on December 11, 2017, was a low-key affair with only family members and close friends in attendance in the exotic location of Tuscany, Italy. After dating the actress for almost five years, he finally took the relation to the next level by making a lifetime commitment.

The couple issued a joint statement after their marriage:

"Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever. We are truly blessed to share this wonderful news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans and well-wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey."

The couple will be hosting a reception in New Delhi for their relatives on 21st December which will be followed by a reception for industry friends and cricketers in Mumbai on 26th December.

The newlywed couple will travel to South Africa where Virat will start prepping for the upcoming series. He will be playing the series in South Africa for two months which includes three Tests, six One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches.

Post their wedding the newlywed couple will be shifting to their new residence in Worli, Mumbai in December once they return from Delhi.
