Sachin Tendulkar has seen his dream, of being a part of an Indian team that keeps on winning Tests consistently overseas, coming true over the last three years. And this has certainly made the Master Blaster as happy as he's ever been during his 19-year international stint.
"We are winning because we are an all-round champion side. We were a happy family before but now we are happier," Tendulkar said on the sidelines of India's practice session this morning.
As the Indian team started their preparations for the second Test, which starts in Napier on Thursday, after a two-day break, Tendulkar reflected on the importance of the 10-wicket win in Hamilton last week. "It's a great victory. "It (the winning spree abroad) started in Zimbabwe first (in 2005). After that we won in the West Indies, then in England, then Australia and now New Zealand."
