Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish admits that a lack of creativity and luck was the chief reason for them being unable to overcome Braga in their Europa League tie.

The Reds struggled to carve out many clear-cut chances and looked bereft of ideas as they were held to a 0-0 draw at Anfield and crashed out courtesy of Braga's 1-0 result in the first leg. "Over the two legs, a penalty kick separated the teams.
It was two evenly matched teams and I think the fact it was decided on a penalty is a reflection on how close the two teams are," he told reporters. "Putting it past the goalkeeper is more important than working him. You need creativity or luck to break down a well organised side. "We didn't have much luck and like any other team in the world, we could do with more creativity."
