That's the reason for Brawn GP's success despite being a small team, says boss RossRoss Brawn feels the key to his team's stunning success this season lies in the fact they might be a small outfit, but they possess the heart of a major player.
Brawn was left "lost for words" following the one-two in Monaco 10 days ago, their third of the season as Jenson Button led home teammate Rubens Barrichello for his fifth victory in six races.
DominanceThe Brawn GP car has now triumphed around a park in Australia, the streets of Monte Carlo, the wet in Malaysia and the heat of Bahrain proving it is one for all seasons and surfaces. Yet regardless of their crushing dominance this year, Brawn and Button insist thoughts are far from the drivers' or constructors' titles with 11 rounds still remaining.
That is despite the fact the team have a healthy 43.5-point lead over Red Bull Racing, and Button leads Barrichello by 16 points, and more importantly Sebastian Vettel by 28.
Brawn has been in this position when he was technical director at Ferrari and Michael Schumacher ruled the roost.
Small team
Brawn said: "We are obviously doing it (this season) with a lot less resources than Ferrari, so it's a different approach. This is a small boutique team as opposed to what Ferrari was. It will probably be more difficult for us to keep it going in some ways, but everybody is achieving more.
"We've got the heart of a big team, even if we are a small team."
Brawn must now be one step ahead of the opposition, in particular Red Bull who are expected to be quick in Turkey this Sunday and at Silverstone in two weeks' time.
About Monaco, Brawn said: "Monaco is a unique track and we know our competitors will be very strong in Turkey this weekend.
"We know that it's a very aerodynamic circuit and we have got a new front wing there, but perhaps that's the area of the high-speed performance where we know we are not quite as good as Red Bull.
"We've had some ideas on how to fix that and we hope to have them in place for this race."
