S Sreesanth was in the thick of action yet again when he unintentionally hit teammate Yuvraj Singh on the helmet with a beamer during the India's practice session at M Chinnaswamy stadium here yesterday.
"Arre, tu pagal hain kya? Kya ball fekta hain," a livid Yuvraj Singh screamed at the Kerala seamer. As Yuvraj sat down at the crease holding his head, the entire team rushed towards him. Fortunately, the left-hander suffered no serious injury. Sreesanth then apologised profusely to the left-hander.
Later, Yuvraj confirmed he didn't suffer any major injury. "I am absolutely ok now. There was no injury at all," he told MiD DAY. "Today I realised how concerned the media is about me. I want to say to the media, 'I love you too.' "
Sreesanth explained: "I was trying to bowl a yorker. But suddenly the ball slipped from my hand. Thank God, Yuvibhai is ok."
