Zimbabwe's batsmen laid the foundation for what could be a close finish on the second day of the opening Test against Pakistan.


Malcolm Waller (70) and debutant Sikandar Raza (60) combined in a 127-run stand for the fourth wicket before an unbeaten 40 from Elton Chigumbura took Zimbabwe to 281 for seven; 32 runs ahead of Pakistan.u00a0
