He Instagrammed this picture for his 13.4 million followers on Wednesday and captioned it: "It was full of happiness, laughter, tears, and, most importantly, beautiful memories. Happy 8th wedding anniversary, my love. Today is our special day, and on this occasion, I want to tell you that I love you."

The couple have three children together - sons, Abraham de Villiers, who was born in 2015 and John Richard de Villiers, born 2017, and a daughter, Yente de Villiers, born in 2020.
