St Xavier's Boys Academy's Aryan Babardesai smashed a 55-ball century (14x4, 3x6) against Arya Gurukul, Kalyan, in the MSSA Harris Shield inter-school competition at Cross Maidan on Friday.

Aryan was joined by five other centurions - Manthan Awate (104) for St Sebastian, Chembur, Neel Shinde (154') for KC Gandhi, Kalyan, Siddharth Jadhav (127') for Oxford PS, Kandivli, Aarush Thakur (109) for Tarapur Vidyamandir and Abhijit Mallick (128') for VPMS.

Meanwhile, left-arm spinner Saad Khan of Al Barkaat MMI English, claimed eight wickets to help beat Shardashram English by seven wickets.
An all-round show by Pratik Gosavi (5-49) and 50' helped St Xavier's Fort beat St Joseph, Malad, by six wickets. Pratik's teammate Harshal Hadkar bagged a fifer too.
