Rajat Patidar's 52-run knock helped Royal Challengers Bengaluru post a total of 187 runs in the IPL 2024 match against Delhi Capitals. His 52-run knock came in just 32 deliveries including 3 fours and 3 sixes. DC now need to chase 188 runs in the IPL 2024 match against RCB at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
Rasikh Salam was the standout bowler for Delhi Capitals in the IPL 2024 match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Bowling three overs, he conceded 23 runs and claimed two wickets. Khaleel Ahmed too registered two wickets by conceding 31 runs in his four overs. Kuldeep Yadav, Ishant Sharma and Mukesh Kumar registered one wicket each to their names. Having needed to bat first in the IPL 2024 match against Delhi Capitals, Royal Challengers Bengaluru opening batsman Faf du Plessis departed on six runs including 1 four. Stalwart Virat Kohli faced 13 balls in which he accumulated 27 runs laced with 1 four and 3 sixes. Facing 29 balls, Will Jacks smashed 41 runs including 3 fours and 2 sixes. Mahipal Lomror scored 13 runs before getting dismissed in Khaleel Ahmed's over. Dinesh Karthik and Swapnil Singh departed on a duck. Karn Sharma's innings ended with six runs which included 1 four. Star all-rounder Cameron Green played an unbeaten knock of 32 runs off 24 balls including 1 four and 2 sixes. Later, lead pacer Mohammed Siraj was run out by Abhishek Porel for zero runs.
