Ishan Kishan and KL Rahul
Can both KL Rahul and Ishan Kishan figure in India's playing XI during the forthcoming ICC World Cup in India? "Why not," exclaimed captain Rohit Sharma when asked by this writer at the post-selection press conference here on Tuesday.
"There will be a possibility, yes, as long as everyone is available and fit to play. It depends on the opposition that we play, current form, players who have done well under pressure - these things do matter.

"It's not about getting some scores. How you get those runs is quite important. Like for Ishan's confidence, that last game he played was brilliant⦠under pressure, batting at No.5 for the first time and being a left-hander give us another dimension. We consider all these factors before we make our playing XI," Rohit said, referring to Kishan's 82 in Asia Cup against Pakistan on Saturday.
