During the second Test match between India and South Africa at Newlands Cricket Ground, India's lead pacer Jasprit Bumrah bagged six wickets for 61 runs. This match ended as the shortest-ever test match in history with India winning the clash by seven wickets
Jasprit Bumrah picked the wickets of David Bedingham, Kyle Verreynne, Marco Jansen and Keshav Maharaj within the first hour of the match on Day 2
With Bumrah's six wickets against the Proteas, now he has a total of 18 wickets registered under his name at Newlands Cricket Stadium in Cape Town. He holds the record for most wickets by a visiting fast bowler
In the second test, the Indian speedster registered his third fifer in South Africa. He has now levelled the record with former India pacer Javagal Srinath with three five-wicket haul
Among the Indian bowlers' list, Jasprit Bumrah is now sharing the second spot with Zaheer Khan and Bhagwat Subramanya Chandrasekhar for most five-wicket hauls in SENA countries which is six. India's 1983 World Cup-winning captain Shri. Kapil Dev is topping the list with seven fifers in SENA countries
