Andheri boy Siddhant Thingalaya will represent India in the IAAF World Junior Athletics Championship at Moncton


Andheri boy Siddhant Thingalaya will represent India in the IAAF World Junior Athletics Championship at Moncton (Canada) later this month. Siddhant is among the 10 athletes selected to represent India in the World Junior Champs.

He had set new Indian junior record in the 110m hurdles during Asian Junior Championship in Hanoi.

Team members : Junior Men: Suresh Kumar (10000m), Siddhant Thingalaya (110m Hurdles), Ankit Sharma (Long Jump),Arpinder Singh (Triple Jump),Kripal Singh Batth (Discus Throw), Prabhjot Singh (Discus Throw), Harminder Singh Dagar (Hammer Throw)

Junior Women: Chinta Gunti Santhi (200m), Govindharaj Gayathri (100m Hurdles, Triple Jump), Renubala Mahanta (Long Jump).
