India's Rohan Bopanna marked his sensational comeback to singles play by making a quantum jump of 89 places to 358th in the Association of Tennis Professional (ATP) rankings released on Monday.
The 29-year-old Bangalorean last week beat World No 51 Argentine Jose Acasuso in the first round and then took a set off World No 12 Chilean Fernando Gonzalez in the second.
India's No 1 Somdev Devvarman climbed four places to 129th place while Prakash Amritraj gained two places to 229.
Delhi teenager Yuki Bhambri, who won his fifth International Tennis Federation (ITF) title Saturday, has jumped seven places to 403.
