Cheryl Cole sent Ashley Cole a text message to tell him their marriage was over, it was reported.
She sent the message "Move out. It's over" from Los Angeles early on Sunday, according to The Sun.
The 26-year-old singer could be making a statement about the split in the course of this week. Cheryl has reportedly ordered her husband to leave their u00a36 million Surrey mansion before she returns to Britain. The X Factor judge performed at the Brits but fled to the US minus her wedding ring following allegations that her husband had been unfaithful. A friend told The Sun: "Cheryl has decided enough is enough and she is going to divorce him. She has told Ashley to get out of the family home as she does not wish to see him."
