Indian golfers Shiv Kapur (76) and SSP Chowrasia (78) missed the cut after floundering in the second round of the European Tour's 3 Irish Open here.
Kapur ended his campaign with a total of two-over 144, while Chowrasia signed off with a total of 11-over 153, way below the cut which came at 142.
The fortunes of Kapur, who was a creditable tied 25th on the first day, took a tumble as he found himself three-over after six holes, courtesy a bogey and double bogey.
A birdie on the seventh came as some consolation as the Delhi-pro made the turn two-over.
The back-nine turned out to be a disappointing affair as Kapur stumbled to three bogeys against just a lone birdie. On the other hand, the nightmare continued for Chowrasia after the opening round 75.
He found five double bogeys against just a couple of birdies on yet another disastrous day.
At the top, England's Ross Fisher, who smashed six consecutive birdies in his scintillating 10-under 61, grabbed the lead with a total of 12-under 130.
Italian Francesco Molinari (66) followed him a couple of strokes behind in the second spot.
