Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti insisted Monday that the club will not sell England left-back Ashley Cole, linked with a move to Real Madrid, now coached by former Blues boss Jose Mourinho.
Reports have suggested that Mourinho, who was close to Cole during his time at Stamford Bridge, is ready to launch a big-money bid for the 29-year-old.
But Ancelotti said: "I'm not interested in the relationship my player has with other coaches.
"Ashley Cole is a Chelsea player and he will remain a Chelsea player.

"Everyone can forget the idea he will leave this club.
"There is no way that will happen. We believe he is the best left-back in the world and because of that he'll stay. There is no price that will make us sell."
