Completing the family flavour was Lilita's husband Esmero Figueiredo, who, apart from being MSSA basketball secretary, was keeping scores for the match at Azad Maidan.
Dhirubhai Ambani's Janavi Khairavan was the top scorer in the match with 11 points, while her teammates Akanksha Sinha and Ananya Thakur scored two points each. The win helped them seal a spot in the semi-finals. For St Paul's, Batul Qureshi scored the lone point.

"It was for the first time that we three (wife, daughter and myself) were involved in an official capacity during a match. It was a different experience and good fun," said Esmero.
Esmero's wife praised her daughter Loveena. "It didn't matter that I lost to my daughter's team. I am really proud to see her do well."
