Dramarama for B K Lagad Memorial Trophy

Pune: The B K Lagad Memorial Trophy, a race instituted in the memory of Bal Lagad, the man who trained one of the most talented horses to grace the Indian turf, Royal Tern, will be the prime attraction of Saturday's nine-race card. Dramarama, trained by Bezan Chenoy, has had an excellent mock race three weeks ago on this track. And if she can reproduce that gallop in the hands of Neeraj Rawal, she should be able to humble her 11 rivals and win the feature event.

Racegoers may get to witness a terrific duel in the lower division of the Extnor Plate what with both Zahrazan and Enthralling, recent winners over five furlong sprint on this track, appear so evenly matched that only the paddock looks will be able to hint at the eventual winner.
