Interestingly, in the riding department their feat was matched by three jockeysu00a0-- David Allan, C Rajendra and an apprentice A Sandeshu00a0-- who also rode a brace each.

Trainer Pesi Shroff picked up two prime events, the HDFC-Ergo trophy with two-year-old Picasso (B Prakash up) and the Bayer Trophy with Dr Vijay Mallya-owned Sterlitzia (CD Hayes up), while Cooji Katrak lifted the main eventu00a0-- the Indo German Christmas Trophy, with the Haresh Mehta-owned Faming Arrow & later annexed the Rheinland-Pfalz Trophy with the Wadhawan property Star Treasure, both being ridden by foreigner David Allan.

Owner KH Wachha's Stardom Bound, given a copybook ride by C Rajendra, triumphed in the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai Trophy.


The three-year-old Alnasr Alwasheeku00a0-- Premier collection filly trained by Shiraz Sunderji received support in the bookmakers' ring, which she lived up to when posting an authoritative win over Twin Spice (NG McCullagh Cup).u00a0
