Garden Rose blossomed to an authoritative 5-0 victory against Mukund SC in a one-sided Division-III match of the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) league, played at the St Xavier's ground Parel, yesterday.
The highlight of their comfortable win was the brilliance of Abhijeet Jaiswal who fired home two goals and was supported by teammates Shaun Barretto, Cajentan Colaco and Shelton D'Souza, all chipping in with a goal each to complete their triumph.
