Punjab National Bank (PNB) stunned defending champions Air India (Delhi) 2-0 in the semi-finals of the Guru Tegh Bahadur All India Gold Cup hockey championship at the MHAL-Mahindra Stadium in Churchgate yesterday.

Satender Dalal opened the scoring for PNB in the 11th minute before Gagandeep Singh made it 2-0 (59th min).
In the second semi-final, Western Railway produced a solid, determined performance to tame Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala by a convincing 5-1 margin to storm into the summit clash against PNB. The final will be held today at 5.30pm.
