Australian Open winner Victoria Azarenka, who has been locked in a custody battle over her baby son, Leo, is set to miss Belarus' Fed Cup final against 17-time champions USA.

Former World No. 1, Azarenka separated from US citizen, Billy McKeague, shortly after Wimbledon, in July, and was forced to skip the US Open in August after a Los Angeles judge ruled that the 10-month-old child could not leave California until the matter had been settled. And, Azarenka, 28, has said that she won't travel to Minsk's Chizhovka Arena for the November 11-12 hardcourt
fixture without her son.

"Victoria will be unable to come to play for the reasons that everybody knows. It's a pity but we just can't change anything right now," Belarus team skipper Eduard Dubrov said.
