Karting: Mumbai's Ameya Bafna is national champion

Mumbai-lad Ameya Bafna emerged the senior national karting champion at the JK Tyre Rotax Max Karting Championship at the Hyderabad Kart Centre, Lahari Resorts

Rayo Racing driver Ameya started on pole and led the pre-final to the chequered flag 4.7 seconds ahead of Mithun Ganatra of Maini Racing in the Senior Max category. Ameya will now represent India, in the World Rotax Finals in Portugal in November this year.u00a0
