No sex for the next two weeks for MMA fighter Aaron Chalmers

Aaaron Chalmers, 30, has refrained himself from having sex with girlfriend Talia Oatway ahead of his second Mixed Martial Arts fight next month. The reality TV star is following a rigorous training schedule in his bid to repeat May's first-round win over Greg Jenkins and is keeping himself away from alcohol and sex. He is now into a clean diet for the next two weeks.

"I'm not allowing any sex for two weeks leading up to the fight. I told my girlfriend that and she wasn't too pleased about it! But it's what you've got to do. There are a lot of sacrifices you've got to make and this is one of them," Chalmers, told The Sun.
