Vidisha Sawant netted a neat double hat-trick as Apostolic Carmel (Bandra) thumped Aditya Birla World Academy (Tardeo) 8-0 win in a MSSA girls' U-16 Division II inter-school football match at Azad Maidan yesterday.

Vidisha opened her account in the first minute of play and doubled it five minutes later. She completed her hat-trick in the ninth minute and returned to scored three more in the second half. In between, teammates Gazala Shaikh and Johanna Jenson added a goal each.
"It's the most amazing day of my life. I've never scored so many goals in a match," said an ecstatic Vidisha, with a promise to score more goals as the tournament progresses.
