The champions, aiming to win the title for a fourth successive season, are five points from the top of the summit and Capello believes that the Red Devils are not the force they once were .
"Manchester United were a war machine and they have slowed down," he told Gazzetta Dello Sport. "Chelsea are fine, but the other teams are getting better u00e2u0080u0094 Arsenal and Aston Villa and then those teams further behind.
Capello declined to comment when asked how United and Chelsea would perform in their Champions League games against AC Milan and Inter Milan, but did predict that an English side would reach the final of the competition.
