The AGP Multi-Million & the Dr Jagjit Singh Owners' Tribute Million, the two prime events on the Sunday card at Mahalaxmi, both produced shock winners when two 20-1 shots -- Maple Star & Tag Along Tommy -- ended
up winning the respective races.

While Maple Star, owned by Dr MAM Ramaswamy and trained by Karthik Ganapathy, treated his more fancied rivals with utter disdain, Tag Along Tommy, sporting the silks of former trainer late Nana Raghunath, and saddled by his brother Sanjay Kolse, prevailed by a whisker in a three-horse photo finish.
Favourites bit the dust in six of the nine races on the card, resulting in the super jackpot pool getting carried over as there was no successful ticket nominating all the winners, while the bigger jackpot pool was scooped by two lucky winners, both of whom took home Rs 3.5 lakh each.
