Dav New Panvel mini teams experienced mixed fortunes, in the 23rd Bombay YMCA state level basketball tourney at the Ghatkopar YMCA yesterday.
While the mini girls beat PG Garodia 21-7 to advance to the semi-finals, the mini boys team went down to defending champions Mastan YMCA 10-61.
In the men's league, Indian Gymkhana beat Ghatkopar YMCA 48-22 to keep their hopes alive in Pool A, while Mastan YMCA beat Central Railway 67-56.
