The Indian Derby winner who created a world record by winning the 1000 and 2000 Guineas, the Oaks and the Derby, will retire to stud.
And if she can conceive in the current mating season, there is a chance her first off-spring will race in the Indian Derby 2015!
"Yes, she is being sent to the stud," owner Vijay Shirke confirmed the news when contacted by MiD DAY.

"She has developed a joint problem that will surely be set right, but not soon enough for her to run in St Leger,"
Shirke added.

The St Leger was anyway going to be Jacqueline's last race, and with her exit from the racetrack, it will be at the mercy of Invitation Cup winner Becket, with whom she would have locked horns for a tie-breaker had she not taken a premature exit due to the joint problems.
When asked if she will be sent abroad to be 'covered', Shirke said: "It would be too late with existing quarantine regulations.

Khushroo Dhunjibhoy, my partner, has Glory Of Dancer standing at his Nanoli stud farm, who's been firing very well recently. Jacqueline may be sent to him, but nothing has been decided as yet."
