PV Sindhu's Indonesian fans make her birthday special

India's star shuttler PV Sindhu turned 23 yesterday and her fans in Indonesia made it extra special by getting her a cake (right) on the occasion. On-court, the Olympic silver medallist celebrated her birthday with a straight-game win over Japan's Aya Ohori to enter the quarter-finals of the Indonesia Open.

In a video message, Sindhu appreciated the support she received from her fans and said, "Thank you everybody. Thanks to all my fans who have been supporting me and for your wishes also.

Definitely I will do my best and keep winning many more [titles] and keep good health."
