Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel is wary of the improved pace of Ferrari after Fernando Alonso clocked the fastest time during yesterday's second practice for the German GP.
"Ferrari looks extremely competitive and I think McLaren probably had a difficult day today with only one car for the majority of the training so we will see tomorrow. It is tight," said Vettel who was second fastest.
However, the German suggested that the weather conditions played a major part in the results. "It was slippery today obviously. The conditions were changing all the time, so to really judge the lap times is quite difficult."
