Melbourne: Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza and her Swiss partner Martina Hingis continued their winning streak as they defeated the German-American pair of Anna-Lena Groenefeld and Coco Vandeweghe to storm into the semifinals of the Australian Open women's double event on Tuesday.

The top seeded pair extended their winning streak to 34 and defeated the 12-seeded pair 6-4, 4-6, 6-1 in a match that lasted for more 90 minutes.
The duo have bagged eleven women's doubles titles so far, including two Grand Slam titles at Wimbledon and the US Open, since joining forces in March in 2015.
