In the wake of declining standards of hockey, and some of the top teams scoring goals virtually every minute against weak sides in the Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSSA) inter-school tournament, Mumbai Hockey Association (MHA) has decided to allow schools to use their astro-turf facility free of cost twice a week for practice over weekends.
"We will allow schools to come and practice on first-cum-first-serve basis," said MHA secretary Ram Singh Rathore.u00a0
