In a dress rehearsal to Sunday's men's final, Services crushed ONGC 76-51 to gain the psychological advantage in the fifth All India Savio Cup basketball tournament at Don Bosco, Matunga.
With both the sides resting their cream players for the summit clash, the match was a pretty dull affair. Still, Services emphasised why they are the side to beat in the tournament. "Since both the teams knew they were in the final, the match was crucial," Nixon, who top-scored for Services with 12 points, said.
