The 15-year-old, with a throw of 12.25m, finished on top, ahead of Hrithik Swarup of Don Bosco (Matunga), who effected a throw of 10.90m for silver and Sarvesh of Ryan International (Kandivli), who won bronze with 10.42m.
Last year, Vishwa had set a new record with a throw of 12.89m in the boys' U-14 category.
Vishwa was grateful to his school for letting him skip the first two periods every day for training. "School starts at 7.15 am, but I attend classes only from 9 am onwards as I practice from 7 to 8.30am. My school has been very supportive and it is because of their help that I have achieved this success," said the 15-year-old.
