Brad Pitt
Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt is going to star in an untitled film on Formula One. According to The Sun, the movie will be produced by Apple after they won the bid against Paramount, MGM, Sony, Universal, Disney, Netflix and Amazon.
The untitled film will see Pitt, who is a motorsports fan, portray the character of a driver who comes out of retirement to mentor a young racer as his teammate.
Director Joseph Kosinski of Top Gun: Maverick and Tron fame is reportedly heading the project. Jerry Bruckheimer, who also co-produced the NASCAR drama, Days of Thunder starring Tom Cruise, is said to be producing along with Pitt's Plan B Entertainment company.
The Hollywood film comes after the 2013 hit-movie Rush starring Chris Hemsworth as James Hunt and Daniel Bruhl as Niki Lauda.
