A deceptively tricky card is framed for the opening day of the Pune Derby weekend. The Saturday card has only seven races, and Pride Goup Multi-Million, a five-furlong sprint for 3y old maiden horses, will attract the most eyeballs. Queens Pride, Three-year-old chestnut filly, who had played second fiddle to Faith on her debut at Mumbai, seems to have the best credentials to return to the winner's enclosure. The Roderic O'Connor - Queens Guest filly trained by Altaf Hussain will be ridden by P Trevor.
First race at 2.00 pm.
