On Sunday, actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra took to her social media handle to express her love and gratitude for her parents with a lovely post and a throwback picture of her with them on the occasion of Parents' Day. She took to her Instagram to write an emotional caption along with the picture.


She mentioned, "For being the BESTest parents...Happy Parents’ Day! Miss you, Dad! Love you, Mom. Eternally grateful we are!" Shilpa also tagged her younger sister Shamita in the post who sported a bob cut. The snapshot features Shilpa standing next to her late father Surendra Shetty and mother, Sunanda Shetty.

Parents' Day is celebrated on the fourth Sunday in July and this year it is celebrated on July 23. This day is the best opportunity to show respect and love to our parents.

Recently, Shilpa's Instagram following touched 30 million followers. The actress updates her fans with posts from her daily life and fitness tips. Shilpa expressed her heartfelt gratitude for all the love and support she has received over the years.  “Thank you SO much, my dearest InstaFamily, for making this journey such a memorable one…Want each and every one of my 30-Million-strong #InstaFam to know that you are special… my heart is full with gratitude. Meanwhile, Shilpa will act in 'KD-The Devil' as Satyavati alongside V Ravichandran, and Sanjay Dutt. The pan-India multilingual will be released in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi. She also has Rohit Shetty's 'Indian Police Force' in the pipeline. The web series also stars Sidharth Malhotra, and Vivek Oberoi. She will also be seen among the panel of judges along with Kirron Kher, and Badshah on 'India's Got Talent'. 

Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra is all set to feature in a film based on his experience at the Arthur Road Jail. According to a statement, the makers are in the final stages to present a film commemorating the diverse and intense shattering experiences that Raj Kundra went through during his tenure in India’s most overcrowded Jail, Arthur Road Jail. Raj Kundra was accused of being involved in the production of pornographic films. He spent a couple of months in judicial custody before being let go on bail.
