No, we can't boast of too much when it comes to the Cannes Film Festival. If the last you remember of it was Mallika Sherawat strutting around with a 22-foot python strung around her (shame on you!) then you better get to Allianceu00a0 Fran aise.

The guys here have put together a film fest that will showcase Indian films that have been featured at the Cannes fest over the past few years. Each screening will be followed by a Q-n-A session with the director or members of the cast.

A round table discussion at the end of the week will have director and screenwriter Vikramaditya Motwane and producer Sunil Doshi in a discussion on cinema that will be moderated by director and curator Meenakshi Shedde.

Almost every day, a short film will be followed by a feature film. Refer to the box below for the festival schedule.
