Art apart: Brought to India for the first time, the show will present exemplary works of art in modern research jewellery by renowned artists like Mario Pinton and Graziano Visintin from Italy, Yasuki Hiramatsu from Japan, Robert Baines and Sally Marsland from New Zealand, George Dobler, Svenja Hohn, Karl Fritsch, Lisa Walker and Sebastian Buescher from Germany, Annelies Planteijdt from Holland and David Bielander from Switzerland. Whoa!
Indi go: Gio Carbone, director, Le Arti Orafe Institute, who along with jewellery brand Ganjam, is organising the show, says, "By bringing the concept to India, we aim to establish that there is no reason why India should not be a host to such a large event."
