Mumbaikars soak in at Marine Drive

With the arrival of monsoon, Mumbaikars were seen flocking to Marine Drive to experience the high tide by the promenade
The ecstatic residents were clicking pictures as the waves hit the tetra-pods along the Queen`s necklace.
People often flock to Marine Drive, in monsoon, to experience getting drenched at the promenade during the high tide hours.
Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted Mumbai will experience moderate to heavy rain on Wednesday.
The IMD also predicted that the city will see a generally cloudy sky with the possibility of thunderstorms with rainfall.
The BMC too had said a high tide of about 3.93 metres is expected to hit Mumbai at 4.25 pm today.
