Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has been the talk of the town recently because of his physical transformation. The actor says he feels encouraged with the appreciation that he has been receiving and that, it is motivating him to constantly work towards being better each day. Arjun, who has battled obesity for the longest time, wants to share the wealth of knowledge that his trainer and food curator has to offer through his social media so that people benefit from it.
Arjun reveals, "It is really encouraging to see people appreciative of the hard work that I'm putting in. It feels great to constantly try to become better. I have to give a lot of credit to my trainer Drew Neal and Akshay Arora, who has taken care of my nutritional needs with his inventive dishes, for keeping me on track. I'm really lucky that I have them to keep me focussed on my fitness goals every single day."
He adds, "A lot of people have been asking me to share how I have transformed myself and so, I'm thinking of starting chat sessions on social media with my trainer, my food curator, among others to discuss how a transformation can be achieved without pushing your body close to the edge, without doing it in a harmful way that can have adverse effects on one's body and health. One should have long term planning to stay fit and healthy and not look at short term results."
Arjun's social media is quite engaging as he has some unique IP's like Arjun Recommends, through which he suggests high content films and shows for people to enjoy. He recently started another social media property called Bak Bak with Baba in which he hosts fun and engaging chat sessions with his friends and colleagues. This talk show is uniquely different from the other chat shows that have existed so far as its more personal, anecdotal and steers clear from addressing controversies.
