Wild card contestant Vikkas Manaktala, is the latest to be eliminated from the Bigg Boss house. He spoke to mid-day.com soon after.

Were you shocked at leaving the house so soon?

I was shell shocked and I didn't know what to do! I expected the journey to last longer but that's the kind of show it is. So, I did it in my own style and embraced how I feel.

How would you describe your experience?

Good, bad and ugly.

You were seen getting into fights with Archana particularly after she made personal comments about you, do you'll plan to resolve your differences?

I just shared my experience as good, bad and ugly. The ugly bit was with Archana. I realise she is not worth investing energy in and I don't indulge with people who are ugly inside with no respect for their family. They can stoop to any level, just to prove they are better than others.

Your comment on Archana's caste invited backlash, what was your reaction after finding out how it escalated?

I did not make any caste slur, it was a slip of tongue that was corrected in the same sentence. I would never think about making bad comments about any caste, creed or sex. If my words have hurt anyone I apologise with folded hands and request everyone to forget about the slip of tongue and continue to shower their love on me.

Plans for New Year's eve?

I want to rest because I've not slept for the last two-three days. I want to spend time with my family and I'm as excited as a baby to see the world outside.
