Mumbai's KOKO hosts Clap Dubai for a unique bar takeover this August

Embarking on its journey of eight years, KOKO is all set to host a bar collaboration with Clap Dubai, the Michelin guide featured restaurant, for the very first time in India, as part of its anniversary celebrations. Taking place on August 25 and 26, it promises to delight the senses and redefine the art of mixology.

Known for its innovation and distinctive concoctions, Clap Dubai's talented bar manager, Lilian Sausset, is set to dazzle Mumbai patrons with an extraordinary display of mixological expertise. The bar collaboration will showcase an array of Clap Dubai's signature cocktails, each one a masterpiece crafted with precision and creativity.

Speaking of the collaboration, Sausset, bar manager, Clap Dubai says, "We are incredibly excited about our upcoming visit to KOKO, which holds the promise of an exceptional cultural exchange and a valuable opportunity for mutual learning. Guests can anticipate being mesmerised by cocktails like the Shibuya Shakedown, a captivating blend of Patron Silver, coriander, agave, yuzu, lemon juice, togarashi salt, and sansho pepper. The Legend of Wako is a harmonious symphony of Bombay Sapphire Gin, lime, sesame, orgeat, yuzu-shu, umeshu, and clarified almond milk. The Hurano, an exquisite fusion of Dewar's 12 years old Whisky, rooibos red fruit martini rubino, Campari, and wakamomo peach, promises an explosion of flavors. The TOKASHI-GAWA, a daring combination of Patron Reposado tequila, Mezcal, truffle, Lapsang Souchong, Oabika, passion fruit infusion, jasmine, and a dash of Pimento Dram, will leave guests utterly spellbound.

In addition to these sensational signature cocktails, Lilian will unveil two exclusive concoctions. The Holy Smoke, a captivating blend of Bacardi Ocho Rum, maple syrup, yakitori and cajun spice, salty plum solution, and bitters, is set to thrill even the most discerning palates. The Kawai Club, an enchanting creation featuring Grey Goose Vodka, amarena cherry, verjus, yukari juice, and egg white, promises to be an unforgettable journey of taste and texture.
