Awadhi flavours 
Ummrao at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport is hosting a unique menu called ‘Lost Recipes of Awadh' that focuses on the flavours of the region. Diners can indulge in vegetarian dishes such as the Kumbh & Khubani Malai Kebab or the Labgeer. Meat lovers can indulge in the lamb-based Laziz Pasakiyaan, Mutton Nargis Kofta or the Samak-e-Lakhnavi, a delicious fish tikka before ending your meal with Paneer Mewa Kheer or the Malai Kulfi.

Pan-Asian restaurant YouMee has launced the Manga Matsuri Festival that celebrations Asian flavours inspired by Japanese Manga comics. . From Rock Corn Tempura, Vegan Coconut Curry Ramen, Hong Kong Style Noodles, Hibachi Fried Rice to Rainbow Maki, every dish promises a culinary adventure. Guests can take their photos at an amazing Manga cut- 3 friends cut-out, collect Manga stickers and Manga boxes, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Manga. The tables will also feature fun Manga game mats.

Smoke House Deli in Colaba has launched its all-new Sangrita and Small Plates vegetarian menu. Diners can indulge in Scalloped Potato Bites with Parmesan & Smoked Chipotle, Roasted Veg & Emmenthal Croquettes, Smoked Tomato Chutney and Miso Roasted Aubergine & Mushroom Stew among others. While enjoying the delicious dishes from the menu, you can also sip on cocktails such as Fresh Mango Sangrita, Grapefruit Sangrita and Raspberry and Basil Sangrita too.

Innovative ice creams 
Ishaara has collaborated with Indu Ice Cream to launch a new collection of Indian-inspired ice creams and sorbets. Some of the treats on the menu include sorbets such as Mosambi Sikhanji, Anjeer Saffrom Cheesecake, along with others like a Kala Khatta Sorbet and Filter Kaapi Tiramisu among others.
