Prioritise self-care, including sufficient sleep and healthy nutrition, to enhance overall well-being.

Set realistic goals and focus on one task at a time to prevent overwhelming feelings.

Engage in physical activities to boost mood and reduce stress. Implementing these practices fosters a conducive environment for effective stress management.

Step out when on a break instead of restricting yourself within the four walls of your house. Spend time in nature listening to songs. Take a walk with your pet.

Paste sticky notes on your study desk with motivational quotes and self-affirmation. This will help you push yourself to perform better as well as comfort the mind.

Spend time with your child/parents. Take the time to bond with each other. Engage in hobbies such as listening to music, playing an instrument, reading, or painting together. Spend your weekends doing fun family activities.
