Singer Anjana Padmanabhan, who bagged the first-ever trophy of Indian Idol Junior when she was merely 10 years old is a name that people haven't forgotten ever since. The girl who is been to places actually started her formal training post-winning Indian Idol. Sounds Interesting right? We roped in the singer for an exclusive conversation and tried to discover how life has changed for her and how it was before winning the trophy.
Talking about how she discovered that music is her calling. Anjana said "I am into singing since I was 8 years old. I used to be nervous while singing in front of everyone. So my Mom enrolled me to a Tamil reality singing show. In that show, I managed to reach the semi-finals. After that Indian Idol came through my school. So my school brought me to Indian Idol and that's how it started and then coming back from Indian Idol, I started taking formal training"

She further spoke about how her life changed post winning the Indian Idol trophy. She shares "It did to a large scale because I was much more clear that music is the path I want to do. When I won, Indian Idol, I was only 10 years old, I was just a child. So I realized music is my life. So it gave me that clarity. And of course, you get that early opportunity after winning" she concluded
